Do we reach your parent?
Our nurses, sample collectors and medicine delivery go out from Vijaya Nagar Colony, near Masab Tank. For now we serve homes within about 15 km of Vijaya Nagar Colony by road: most of central Hyderabad and Secunderabad. If we don't reach your parent yet, we tell you before you pay.

Who looks after your parent
Dr Khizer is a Diabetologist & Bariatric Physician (MD Pharmacology, Telangana State Medical Council 04937) and leads the doctors who review your parent. When your parent needs a heart, lung, psychiatry or other specialist, our own consultants see them in the same building, at their normal consultation fee.
Your parent's coordinator and nurse are named in your welcome email, with their photos on the welcome card.

Many parents say no at first, out of pride or because they do not want you to spend. We wrote short WhatsApp messages in Urdu, Hindi, Telugu and English that you can forward as they are. They describe Inayat the way parents like to hear it: a doctor checking in, not someone looking after them.

Our coordinator calls you on WhatsApp at the time you choose. Ask anything about your parent's health, the plans or our area. Your parent is welcome to join, and many families find this is the easiest way for them to say yes.

Questions families ask
Yes. Payment is in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and most international cards work. If your card is declined, WhatsApp us and we will send another way to pay.
Caspian has inpatient beds for non-critical illness, with a doctor and nurses in the building day and night. You hear from us within 30 minutes of an admission and then every day until discharge. Admission is billed separately at our normal tariff. For critical care we refer to a larger hospital and keep you informed.
Tell us after the first month and we refund that month in full, back to your card. After that, stop any time; it ends at the end of the month already paid. No cancellation fee.
Choose 2 or 3 when you sign up. You pay your share now and the plan starts in full straight away. The others get their own link and pay the same share every month from their own card. All of you get the letters.
Not unless you want us to. If your parent already sees a specialist, we work alongside them and keep their medicine list in one place.
Only the family members you name, and anyone else your parent agrees to. We do not share your parent's reports outside the family without their permission.
